배송 정보

해외직배송 상품은 주문완료 후 국가별로 5일~15일 (주말/휴일 제외) 정도의 배송기간이 소요될 수 있습니다. 현지 배송사정, 기상상황, 통관 등의 이유로 배송이 다소 지연될 수 있습니다.

교환/반품 제한사항

제품 개봉 및 사용한 경우, 단순변심 및 고객실수로 인한 경우
배송 중 제품이 세관에 걸려있을 경우, 교환/반품 불가. 상품 수령 후 가능
세트상품 일부 사용, 구성품을 분실하였거나 취급 부주의로 인한 파손/고장/오염으로 재판매 불가한 경우
해외 현지 사정이나 판매에 대한 가격 정책 등에 따라 제품의 가격 변동 사유로 인한 경우
직구는 해외판매자가 입점하여 상품을 고객에게 직접 배송하며, 슈퍼 바이오 헬스는 해외판매자와 고객 간의 거래를 위한 최소한의 서비스를 제공하며, 해외업체가 등록한 상품에 대해서는 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다. 상품에 오류가 있을 경우, 이메일을 남겨주시면 신속히 확인/처리 하도록 하겠습니다.

교환/ 반품 정보

단순변심에 의한 교환/반품은 제품 수령 후 7일 이내까지, 교환/반품 제한사항에 해당하지 않는 경우에만 가능 (배송비용과 교환/반품 비용 왕복배송비 고객부담)

해외배송 특성상, '상품준비중'단계 이후부터 교환/반품은 상품 수령 후 가능

International Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipments being delivered outside of the United States may be subject to that country's customs and / or duties fees. Customers are responsible for all customs and duties fees. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Information

Direct delivery products may take approximately

5 to 15 days (excluding weekends/holidays) to be delivered internationally after ordering. Delivery may be delayed due to local delivery circumstances, circumstances, customs clearance, etc.

Exchange & Return restrictions

When the product has been opened and used, or due to a simple change of mind or customer mistake.
If the product is stuck at customs during delivery, exchange/return is not possible. Available after receiving the product.
If the set product cannot be resold due to partial use, loss of components, or damage/breakdown/contamination due to careless handling.
In cases where the price of the product changes due to overseas local circumstances or sales pricing policy, etc.
In direct purchase, an overseas seller enters the store and delivers the product directly to the customer. Super Bio Health provides the minimum service for transactions between overseas sellers and customers, and is not legally responsible for products registered by overseas companies. If there is an error in the product, please leave your email and we will quickly check/process it.

Exchange & Return Information

Exchanges/returns due to simple change of mind are possible within 7 days of receiving the product and only if they do not fall under exchange/return restrictions (delivery costs and round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer)
